customer service experience.\nExcellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.\nStrong customer service skills.\nWell-organised, energetic and able to multitask.\nGood computer literacy and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and take initiative.\nExperience handling customer queries and following up on payments would be
