years Logistics / Supply Chain environment experience\n\nSolid data understanding and presentation skills\n\nResponsibilities\nDamage & Incident Management\nCapture and update all damage-related information and KPIs on the relevant systems.\n\nCompile and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly damage reports to Line Managers, Regional Operations Manager, and SHEQ.\n\nMonitor repair turnaround times and escalate delays to suppliers or management where necessary.\n\nCompliance & Claims\nVerify that all QPRs, Incident Reports, and supporting documentation are completed in line with client requirements.\n\nMaintain records of all damages, repairs, and insurance-related documentation for audit readiness.\n\nOperational Oversight\nControl vehicle movements in the Damage and Distribution (DAD) area, ensuring efficient flow in and out.\n\nOversee supplier repairs and touch-ups, ensuring they are co-signed by the company before release.\n\nEnsure new K-Sheets are placed on repaired units in the Hospital area and units are moved to the correct section timeously.\n\nMonitor and maintain parking bays/lanes across facilities to eliminate risks of accidents.\n\nSupport accident investigations at the yard and liaise directly with clients regarding damage reports.\n\nAwareness & Prevention\nConduct and drive damage awareness campaigns across sites to reduce incident frequency\n\nFacilitate toolbox talks and refresher sessions with staff and drivers on damage prevention.\n\nCollaborate with Site Managers and Supervisors to reinforce accountability and embed preventative practices.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify recurring damage trends and recommend process improvements to reduce costs.\n\nBenchmark against best practices and ensure damages do not exceed allocated stretch budgets.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams (SHEQ, Operations, and Technical) to implement long term preventive solutions.\n\nSite & Equipment Checks and Repairs\nConduct regular inspections of site facilities\n\nEnsure operational areas are safe, hazard-free, and aligned with safety and compliance standards.\n\nMonitor, check, and report on all site equipment\n\nLog and escalate any faulty or damaged equipment for repair or replacement.\n\nCoordinate with Facilities and SHEQ teams to address site or equipment repairs
