and serve them promptly\nPass orders to the kitchen and bar and keep service flowing\nClear used plates, cutlery and glassware throughout the meal\nRecommend desserts and coffee\nPrepare and present bills accurately\nKeep the dining area, fixtures and fittings spotless and hygienic\nArrive in a clean, well-kept uniform every
