and inventory reconciliation.\nStrong leadership, organisational and people management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication and reporting abilities.\nUnderstanding of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements within a mining environment.\nWillingness to work on-site in Mokopane, Limpopo.\nRoles and ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations\nManage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and uninterrupted support to mining and project activities.\nOversee the receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch of materials, equipment and consumables.\nEnsure warehouse operations comply with company procedures and industry best practices.\nOptimise warehouse layouts, storage locations and material flow to maximise efficiency.\nMonitor warehouse performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nInventory ManagementEnsure accurate inventory control and stock management across all warehouse operations.\nMonitor stock levels and ensure critical materials remain available to support operational requirements.\nOversee routine cycle counts, stock takes and inventory reconciliations.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure accurate recording of stock movements within the ERP system.\nMaterials & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with Procurement to ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment.\nMonitor supplier deliveries and resolve receiving discrepancies.\nEnsure efficient issuing of materials to maintenance, engineering, production and project teams.\nCoordinate the movement of materials between warehouse locations and project sites where required.\nMonitor slow-moving, obsolete and excess inventory and recommend appropriate actions.\nPeople ManagementLead, supervise and develop warehouse personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.\nAllocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance against operational targets.\nConduct training and coaching to improve warehouse procedures, safety and inventory management.\nPromote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.\nEnsure adequate staffing levels to support operational requirements.\nReporting & AdministrationPrepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse performance reports.\nMonitor key performance indicators relating to inventory accuracy, stock availability and warehouse efficiency.\nMaintain accurate warehouse records and supporting documentation.\nEnsure all warehouse transactions are processed accurately and timeously.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.\nStakeholder CoordinationWork closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Finance and Project Teams.\nAttend operational meetings to provide updates on warehouse performance and inventory availability.\nLiaise with suppliers and transport providers regarding deliveries and logistics.\nEnsure effective communication between warehouse operations and site departments.\nSupport operational planning by ensuring material availability aligns with maintenance and production schedules.\nCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with company warehouse procedures, inventory control policies and statutory requirements.\nMaintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards within the warehouse.\nEnsure materials are stored safely and in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor housekeeping standards and ensure a clean, organised and safe
