The role involves supervising warehouse staff, monitoring stock levels, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.\nKey Responsibilities\nWarehouse Operations:\nSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching medical supplies and equipment.\n\nEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.\n\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal inventory.\n\nMaintain proper storage conditions for sensitive medical equipment and supplies.\n\nConduct regular warehouse inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse.\n\nTeam Management:\nSupervise, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and high-quality performance.\n\nAllocate tasks efficiently, monitor workload, and evaluate team performance.\n\nMaintain good team morale and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.\n\nLogistics & Administration:\nCoordinate shipping schedules with suppliers, distributors, and transport partners.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely documentation of goods received and dispatched.\n\nImplement and monitor warehouse systems and processes to improve efficiency.\n\nReport on warehouse performance, stock discrepancies, and incidents to management.\n\nCompliance & Safety:\nEnsure all handling and storage procedures comply with regulatory requirements for medical supplies.\n\nEnforce safety protocols, proper use of equipment, and correct handling of medical devices.\n\nMaintain records for audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMatric / Grade 12 required;
