The Workspace Engineer provides expert technical support and solutions for a Windows 11 environment, including laptop reimaging, software deployment, SCCM configurations, AD onboarding, Office 365, and Azure cloud migrations. Initially focused on M&A projects, the role transitions into daily operations. Working closely with global IT teams, the engineer optimizes workspace systems for stability, security, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities:\n Laptop Reimaging & Configuration (Project-Based)\nDevelop and maintain efficient laptop reimaging processes.\nCreate and update standard images with security patches and software.\nAutomate imaging for efficient deployment.\nSoftware Delivery & SCCM Management\nDesign, build, and deploy software packages via SCCM.\nMonitor SCCM for compliance, software distribution, and updates.\nManage OS deployment and software configurations.\nIntune & Device Management\nConfigure and manage Intune policies, MDM, and MAM.\nHandle application deployment, compliance, troubleshooting, and reporting.\nOffice 365 & Cloud Migrations (Project-Based)\nExecute Office 365 migrations (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).\nAssist with Azure cloud service migrations.\nDesktop Engineering & Support\nDeploy and manage Windows 11 laptops globally.\nPerform advanced hardware/software troubleshooting.\nMaintain documentation and standardize processes.\nActive Directory & Azure Integration\nManage user accounts, security groups, and access controls in AD/Azure AD.\nImplement and maintain security policies and group policies.\nMonitor Active Directory health.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure endpoint security and compliance.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams on best practices.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork with global IT teams to optimize desktop solutions.\nProvide training and support to IT teams and end-users.\nCreate technical documentation and reports.\n Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
