About the Role

We're looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building software that solves real business problems. You'll develop and maintain internal and customer-facing applications, prototype new ideas, and deliver high-quality software that improves how our teams and customers work.

We're looking for someone who is curious, enjoys learning new technologies, and takes ownership of their work. You'll have the opportunity to build across the stack, leverage modern development tools-including AI-and grow your skills while delivering meaningful products and solutions.

Fully remote - must be available to work US time zones (EST minimum)

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain modern web applications using TypeScript and React.

• Develop new product features and improve existing applications.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Build internal tools and automations that improve business processes.

• Translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.

• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to improve engineering practices.

• Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly with the team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience building web applications with React.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

• Experience using Git and collaborating through pull requests.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js or backend development.

• Experience building applications that use AI services or large language model (LLM) APIs.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Experience building automation or workflow tools.
