Description de fonction

Au sein du groupe Fabrication Conditiponnement composé d’une trentaine de personnes, vous interviendrez sur l’activité de fabrication des produits de la gamme Beckman Coulter Life Sciences et plus précisément, des réactifs immunologiques appliqués à la cytométrie en flux. Ces produits peuvent être de différents types : Fluorochrome, Anticorps purifié ou Anticorps couplé à un fluorochrome.

Activités principales

Fabriquer des réactifs (fluorochrome, anticorps simple ou couplés à un flurochrome (produit intermédiaire) selon des procédures, protocoles (description des manipulations techniques de matières premières à utiliser dans un environnement donné) et instructions en vigueur, dans le respect des règles de qualité et de bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.

Documenter et tracer les opérations techniques selon la documentation en vigueur.

Tenir à jour, classer et archiver la documentation relative aux tâches effectuées.

Exécuter son travail selon un planning conçu par sa hiérarchie.

Assurer le bon état de fonctionnement, la calibration et la validation de l’appareillage nécessaire à la réalisation des activités.

Contrôler et maintenir les stocks de consommables et de réactifs.

Formation et/ou expérience professionnelle

Poste dans le domaine d’activité nécessitant la possession d’un diplôme Bac+2/3 en sciences (Biotechnologie). Possède des compétences de base dans une méthode analytique ou scientifique ou un processus opérationnel.
