# AP Coordinator

Your New Role We are looking for an AP Coordinator to join an international Finance team in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at an early stage of their finance career to develop their skills within Accounts Payable while contributing to an important transformation project. In this role, you will manage supplier invoices across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate processing, correct VAT treatment and compliance with local requirements. You will investigate invoice discrepancies, handle PO matching and non-PO invoices, and act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will also play an important role in bringing outsourced AP activities in-house and supporting the implementation of a new AI-powered invoice automation solution. This includes conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), validating supplier data, monitoring automation results and documenting improved processes.
