Your New Role We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join a European CRM & Outbound team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns, consumer growth and product registrations across European markets. You will develop standardized performance reports and tracking frameworks, analyze campaign engagement, conversions and ROI, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will also collaborate with data teams to improve dashboards, enhance data accessibility and support experimentation initiatives. Additionally, you will help establish a centralized CRM data repository and enable local markets to make better use of available data through documentation and training.
