You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, coordinate supplier evaluations and negotiations, and help ensure that commercial decisions support the programme’ s objectives.\nAs an IT Procurement Specialist / Software Asset Manager, you will:\nConduct IT/OT category and supplier market analyses to identify relevant suppliers, services and capabilities required by the programme.\n\nTranslate business, IT, architecture, security and transition requirements into sourcing strategies, supplier selection criteria and procurement plans.\n\nPrepare, coordinate and issue Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), working closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, Legal, Security and Procurement.\n\nPlan and manage procurement milestones, dependencies and key decisions in alignment with the programme's integrated roadmap.\n\nDevelop evaluation criteria, commercial models and scoring frameworks to facilitate structured, transparent and objective supplier assessments.\n\nCoordinate supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, negotiations and commercial recommendations.\n\nSupport contract negotiations, contracting activities, supplier onboarding, mobilization and handover.\n\nMaintain a consolidated overview of supplier selection progress, timelines, commercial assumptions, risks and key decisions.\n\nContribute procurement insights into programme reporting, budget discussions and decision-making material for the Steering Committee.\n\nCompany Presentation\nOur client is committed to a fossil-free future, bringing together diverse talents to drive real change.
