Обязанности:

  • Оформление документов: реализация товара, акты, приходные и расходные ордера в 1С
  • Внесение данных в базу 1С на основе заявок
  • Ведение деловой коммуникация со смежными отделами
  • Проведение проверки номенклатуры на расхождения и внесение в нее корректировок
  • Внесение данных в таблицы Word и Excel
  • Холодных звонков нет, работа с имеющимся базой клиентов.

Требования:

  • От соискателя требуется умение быстро, грамотно и без ошибок вводить информацию, аккуратность, внимательность в работе
  • Знание программ Word и Excel на уровне уверенного пользователя обязательно!
  • Знание автозапчастей на грузовую технику (КАМАЗ, МАЗ, ГАЗ, МТЗ) и спецтехнику
  • Знание 1С

Условия:

  • Оформление по ТК РФ
  • Рабочая неделя 5/2 с 08 до 17 часов
  • Заработная плата: от 120000 до 150000 руб.
  • Испытательный срок 1,5 месяца.
