As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through closing, while helping organizations address complex revenue operations challenges.
You will build and manage a healthy pipeline, develop enterprise opportunities, and drive measurable revenue growth through consultative selling.
The role combines strategic discovery, relationship building, disciplined sales execution, and a strong customer-first mindset.
You will work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen the overall customer experience.
You will develop trusted relationships across the HubSpot ecosystem while positioning solutions around meaningful business outcomes rather than transactional sales.
Success will depend on your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and consistently move opportunities toward close.

Accountabilities:
- Own the complete sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close, with a focus on generating new business and enterprise deals.
- Conduct consultative discovery to uncover customer challenges, understand business needs, and recommend tailored revenue operations solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, proactively advancing opportunities and maintaining disciplined pipeline management practices.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospects and partners across the HubSpot ecosystem, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor rather than simply a seller.
- Partner closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, optimize the sales process, and shorten sales cycles.
- Apply strong business acumen and revenue strategy to connect proposed solutions with measurable customer outcomes.
- Balance long-term customer and partner success with ambitious revenue and bookings objectives.
- Manage sales KPIs and use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Plan proactively for future quarters by assessing pipeline health, opportunity progression, and upcoming business priorities.
- Communicate clear points of view through LinkedIn and other social media channels while prioritizing thoughtful listening and meaningful engagement.
- Use sales conversation and recording tools to review interactions, improve sales execution, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes, and approaches across the broader revenue organization.
- 2+ years of experience selling HubSpot and/or HubSpot services.
- 2+ years of experience using sales conversation or recording platforms such as Gong, Avoma, or similar tools.
- Familiarity and comfort with posting professionally on LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- HubSpot technical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, diagnose business challenges, and guide prospects toward appropriate solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and establish trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, proactively advance opportunities, and consistently work toward ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with the ability to translate high-level goals into practical sales actions.
- Experience defining and managing KPIs and using performance insights to guide decisions and strengthen business relationships.
