This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Desenvolvimento Mobile Flutter Jr (vaga afirmativa PCD) based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a Junior Mobile Developer to contribute to the development and continuous evolution of a high-impact digital payments product. You will work primarily with Flutter, helping build scalable, maintainable, and user-focused mobile experiences. The role combines hands-on development with API integrations, reusable components, testing, architecture, and technical problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle. Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve mobile applications using Flutter, contributing to a major digital payments product.
• Support the technical assessment of solutions and contribute to defining feasible, sustainable approaches to product development.
• Develop, adapt, and maintain application modules while integrating them with internal applications, services, and environments.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services using HTTP request libraries such as Dio.
• Contribute to product development, maintenance, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on quality, reuse, scalability, and reduction of technical debt.
• Apply Design Systems and reusable components to deliver consistent and maintainable mobile experiences.
• Implement and maintain appropriate Flutter state-management approaches and architectural patterns, including Clean Architecture.
• Develop and maintain unit and widget tests to support application quality and reliability.
• Apply software design and development patterns such as Facade, Decorator, and similar approaches where appropriate.
• Contribute to solutions based on microservices and/or micro-app architectures.
• Participate actively in the full development lifecycle, from technical discussions and implementation through testing, delivery, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with team members in an agile environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous technical improvement.
• Help identify problems, investigate issues, and implement solutions that improve application quality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Professional or academic experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Knowledge of unit testing and widget testing in Flutter.
• Understanding of common Flutter state-management approaches.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with software design patterns such as Facade and Decorator.
• Experience or familiarity with integrating APIs and backend services using HTTP libraries such as Dio.
• Basic knowledge of microservices and/or micro-app architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in continuous learning and technical development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively within a team.
• Good communication, organization, and ownership skills.
• Knowledge of TDD and/or BDD is a plus.
• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links/deep links, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Remote Config/ConfigCat or other feature-toggle solutions is desirable.
• Knowledge of code-quality tools such as SonarQube is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, including tools such as Jenkins, is beneficial.
• Experience with version-control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Jira, and other agile project-management tools is desirable.
