This role sits within an Identity and Access Management environment responsible for protecting and governing access to critical enterprise resources.
You will help manage the full access lifecycle, from provisioning and changes to revocation and periodic reviews.
The position combines information security, automation, data analysis, and operational process improvement.
You will work with high-volume access operations, including service environments and BPOs, identifying risks and improving efficiency.
There is strong opportunity to replace manual activities with scripts, integrations, and scalable automated workflows.
You will collaborate closely with Technology, Security, Operations, business teams, and external providers.

Accountabilities
- Support and evolve IAM processes covering access creation, modification, revocation, and periodic access reviews.
- Analyze access processes across service operations, call centers, and BPO environments to identify security risks, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop automation, scripts, and system integrations to reduce manual activities and improve operational efficiency.
- Work with APIs, databases, data-processing routines, and operational indicators to strengthen controls and support decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve issues involving identities, access permissions, system integrations, and operational workflows.
- Apply security and governance principles to access management processes, including RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Operations, business stakeholders, and suppliers to design secure and scalable solutions.
- Analyze operational data and processes to identify root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives from problem identification through solution implementation.
- Contribute to the evolution of IAM operations by challenging existing processes and developing more efficient, secure, and scalable approaches.
- Professional experience in Information Security, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), access governance, and security controls.
- Practical knowledge of system integrations and technologies such as Python, PowerShell, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with process automation, scripting, data processing, and the development of operational indicators.
- Ability to analyze processes and data to identify security risks, root causes, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, password vaults, or secure browser technologies is desirable.
- Experience supporting large-scale operations, call centers, BPOs, or environments with high volumes of users is a plus.
- Knowledge of architecture, microservices, networks, protocols, and infrastructure is desirable.
- Experience leading or contributing to transformation, automation, and operational process improvement projects is advantageous.
