You will join a team focused on managing and executing regression test scenarios to ensure reliable customer-facing releases.
The position combines functional testing, defect management, risk assessment, and continuous process improvement.
You will work closely with development teams to identify issues, negotiate corrective actions, and support high-quality deliveries.
The role provides exposure to both manual and automated mobile testing practices.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail will be essential to identifying potential risks before they reach customers.
It is a strong opportunity for a junior QA professional to develop technical expertise while working collaboratively on impactful digital products.
Accountabilities:
- Execute functional mobile tests, including both manual and automated testing scenarios.
- Manage and execute regression test scenarios to validate software releases.
- Identify, document, track, and manage bugs throughout the release cycle.
- Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to support timely resolution.
- Evaluate quality and delivery risks, identifying potential impacts before releases.
- Work with development teams to negotiate deadlines, corrections, and appropriate solutions for identified issues.
- Contribute to optimizing testing processes and improving the overall quality of software deliveries.
- Support the organization and maintenance of test scenarios and related quality documentation.
- Collaborate within an agile team, contributing to a continuous culture of quality and improvement.
- Education or ongoing/completed studies in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to identifying defects and potential risks.
- Interest in software quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Nice to have: previous experience as a Software Quality Analyst within an agile team.
- Nice to have: experience using JIRA or dedicated test-management tools.
- Nice to have: knowledge of test automation practices and tools.
