This is an opportunity for a mid-level Systems Analyst to help evolve modern, scalable financial technology solutions.

You will bridge business needs and technology by translating requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

The role sits within a multidisciplinary product and technology squad focused on financial and credit solutions.

You will contribute to system implementations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

A strong focus on stability, availability, documentation, and root-cause analysis will be central to your work.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Business, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams in an Agile environment.

Your work will directly support reliable digital financial products and meaningful improvements to customer and business processes.

Accountabilities

• Analyze, evolve, and support the implementation of financial systems and solutions, understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document system requirements, business rules, processes, integrations, data mappings, and functional specifications.
• Analyze incidents and technical problems, supporting root-cause identification and contributing to the stability, reliability, and availability of systems.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes, existing functionalities, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams to evaluate and implement system improvements.
• Support delivery quality by helping define acceptance criteria, performing functional and technical validations, coordinating homologation activities, and following up on implementations.
• Analyze and validate integrations between systems, including API contracts, requests and responses, authentication mechanisms, and data flows.
• Use SQL and database queries to investigate issues, validate information, and support data analysis.
• Create and maintain accurate functional and technical documentation to support system evolution and ongoing operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, refinements, planning, validations, and delivery follow-up within cross-functional squads.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of financial or banking systems, preferably involving credit products, financial journeys, or integrations with financial platforms.
• Professional experience as a Systems Analyst, including requirements gathering and analysis, functional and technical specifications, system integrations, testing/homologation, and application support.
• Experience participating in system implementation and evolution projects alongside multidisciplinary Product, Business, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, data mappings, and system specifications.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to perform queries, analyze data, and support technical investigations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture, including system integration concepts, API contracts, requests and responses, HTTP status codes, and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with API analysis and validation tools such as Postman or similar platforms for specification, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and within squads, including participation in refinement, planning, homologation, and delivery follow-up activities.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
