Analista de Sistemas Sr.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas Sr. based in Brazil.

This is a senior systems analysis opportunity focused on the implementation, integration, and continuous evolution of business-critical technology solutions.

You will work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and external technology providers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

The role combines functional and technical analysis, project coordination, systems integration, testing, and governance.

You’ll contribute to initiatives involving APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, databases, enterprise systems, and modern delivery practices.

A key part of the position is ensuring that solutions meet business requirements while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and reliability.

You’ll also act as a technical bridge between stakeholders, helping drive projects from requirements through implementation and user acceptance.

Accountabilities:

• Act as a senior technical and functional reference throughout the implementation and evolution of technology solutions.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate the implementation of new tools and solutions with internal IT, business teams, and external technology providers.
• Ensure that business requirements are properly implemented and that system integrations meet agreed technical and functional expectations.
• Configure new solutions, coordinate testing activities, and support user acceptance and homologation processes.
• Design and support integrations between systems using REST APIs, web services, microservices, and other integration approaches.
• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology providers, providing technical support and facilitating issue resolution.
• Prepare executive reports, technical and functional documentation, and project materials, while leading meetings with business and IT teams.
• Support software architecture decisions, process modeling, governance, quality practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects involving enterprise platforms and integrations with ERP, MES, CRM, and legacy systems.
• Work within agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and use tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Data Processing, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional and technical analysis, and technology project environments.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling and documentation, including BPMN, UML, use cases, and technical/functional specifications.
• Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, system integrations, and microservices architectures.
• Experience integrating modern applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, and legacy platforms.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with data modeling and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, scalability, security, and cloud-native application practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, and automated testing, as well as software quality and governance practices.
• Experience working with Scrum and Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to connect technical teams, business areas, and external providers.
• Analytical, organized, collaborative, and proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving projects forward.
