Analista de Sistemas SR (Squad Crédito Consignado)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor de Software SR (Squad Crédito Consignado) based in Brazil.

This is a senior Backend Engineering opportunity focused on building and evolving modern financial technology solutions.

You will play a key role in defining technical solutions, architecture, integrations, security, and scalability.

The position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and a strong focus on long-term product sustainability.

You will help establish engineering standards around quality, testing, observability, documentation, and reliable delivery.

The role also involves addressing complex production incidents and turning root-cause analysis into structural improvements.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Business, and multidisciplinary technology teams in an Agile environment.

Your technical expertise will directly influence the resilience, scalability, and evolution of critical financial products.

Accountabilities

• Lead and contribute to the definition of technical solutions, evaluating architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and systemic impacts while aligning business and product needs with sound engineering practices.
• Apply critical and systemic thinking to identify technical risks, technical debt, architectural opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Propose sustainable architectural and engineering solutions that support the long-term evolution of products and systems.
• Act as a technical reference for delivery quality, establishing and promoting best practices across development, unit and integration testing, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and observability.
• Support engineering teams in building robust, reliable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Establish and maintain high-quality technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, API contracts, and other information required for effective system evolution and support.
• Ensure documentation remains aligned with product and architectural changes and follows consistent technical standards.
• Serve as a technical reference during production incidents, leading or supporting root-cause analysis and decision-making in critical scenarios.
• Define preventive actions and structural improvements to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen system reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute technical expertise to architectural decisions, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and established software architecture practices.
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core 8 or later, including data access with Dapper.
• Experience working with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Practical experience creating and managing messaging queues using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Experience with distributed caching solutions such as Redis.
• Experience managing releases, GitLab version control, and CI/CD-related engineering practices.
• Strong experience with software quality practices, including unit and integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of microservice architectures and communication between distributed services.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS is desirable.
• Familiarity with project and activity management tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs, anticipate risks, and make sound technical decisions in complex environments.
