Analista QA Júnior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista QA Júnior based in Germany.

This is an opportunity for an early-career QA professional to contribute to the quality and reliability of digital products.

You will support the planning, creation, execution, and maintenance of functional and automated tests across web and mobile environments.

The role offers hands-on exposure to test automation, agile delivery, and continuous quality improvement.

You will collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

The position also provides an opportunity to develop your technical skills in tools such as Python, Robot Framework, BDD, and DevOps technologies.

You will work alongside experienced professionals who can provide guidance while encouraging organization, learning, and continuous improvement.

This is a fully remote, project-based opportunity suited to someone looking to strengthen their foundation in software quality assurance.

Accountabilities:

• Support the development, maintenance, and execution of automated tests to help ensure software quality and reliability.
• Assist in creating functional test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on user stories and project requirements.
• Execute automated test scripts across web and mobile applications, covering functional, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements, identify relevant test scenarios, and contribute to quality-focused solutions.
• Organize and prioritize testing activities with guidance from experienced team members and in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support the investigation of failures identified through automated testing, helping determine root causes and contributing to corrective actions.
• Participate in agile development environments and follow established quality assurance practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, automation practices, and overall software quality.

Requirements:

• Initial professional experience or academic exposure to software testing or test automation.
• Basic understanding of user stories, requirements analysis, and the definition of test scenarios.
• Introductory knowledge of test automation concepts and practices.
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably using Python.
• Basic or academic familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
• Basic knowledge of or interest in Adobe Magento.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and QA professionals in an agile environment.
• Good organization skills and willingness to learn from more experienced team members.
• As a plus, familiarity with BDD, Gherkin, and tools such as Cucumber.
• As a plus, basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps and Docker.
