Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, National & Regional Sales based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organization and accelerate growth across national corporate and group customer segments. You will own the strategy, talent, processes, and execution required to expand a nationwide B2B revenue engine. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on enterprise selling and senior-level relationship development. You will build scalable sales systems, establish strong performance rhythms, and personally influence high-value accounts. Working closely with revenue management, operations, marketing, and distribution teams, you will help align sales with broader commercial priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in fast-moving, technology-enabled environments and enjoys building teams and systems that scale.

    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, customer meetings, and other strategic external engagements.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, motivation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of a scalable, technology-enabled commercial organization leveraging automation and AI.
    • Requirements

      • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to corporate, enterprise, or national accounts.
      • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
      • Demonstrated success acquiring, growing, and retaining national or enterprise corporate accounts.
