You will lead complex programs from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and creative review cycles.
The position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on workflow management and process optimization.
You will serve as a central partner to Marketing, Product, Legal, Creative, Production, Brand, and external agencies.
A key part of your impact will be identifying operational friction and designing scalable processes that enable teams to work more efficiently.
You will also explore automation and emerging technologies to strengthen project execution and improve productivity.

Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for launch campaigns, coordinating daily execution, dependencies, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from inception through completion.
- Manage creative review cycles with leadership and cross-functional partners, capturing decisions and action items and ensuring feedback is translated into clear next steps.
- Coordinate content approvals and confirm that brand, legal, product, and other launch requirements are finalized, documented, and incorporated before delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream owners and cross-functional stakeholders across Social, Product Marketing, Legal, Creative, Production, Brand, and related functions.
- Facilitate alignment on project feasibility, requirements, priorities, dependencies, and timelines through structured discussions and working sessions.
- Synchronize project teams with broader marketing milestones and organizational timelines, acting as the central conduit for critical information and delivery gates.
- Identify operational friction and design new workflows, systems, and processes that improve efficiency, clarity, accountability, and scalability.
- Oversee agency and vendor staffing, performance, and integration into project workflows to ensure external partners are effectively utilized.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management through automation, technical innovation, and operational tooling.
- Partner with technical and operational leaders to implement tools and automation that bring greater structure to complex or ambiguous workflows.
- Proactively anticipate program needs, identify obstacles, and independently develop solutions that keep projects moving forward.
- Build trusted relationships across the organization to uncover opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and improve the overall delivery ecosystem.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, preferably within technology, creative studios, agencies, or other fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing workflow infrastructure and operational processes from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between project scope, budgets, resource allocation, staffing models, timelines, and delivery requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies while maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience leading high-stakes meetings, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and influencing stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear plans, decisions, and actions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; experience with platforms such as Smartsheet and Airtable is preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies applied to marketing and creative operations.
- Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where goals, processes, and decision-makers may not always be clearly defined.
- Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to work Pacific Time (PT/PST) business hours.
- Salary range of $90,000-$110,000 USD.
