Business Solutions Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst based in India.

This is a data-driven opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys turning complex information into practical business solutions. You will analyze operational and customer data to uncover trends, identify risks, and generate actionable insights for key accounts. The role combines business analysis, problem-solving, project coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Your ability to anticipate issues and translate data into clear recommendations will directly influence business outcomes. This remote position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze business and operational data and produce comprehensive weekly reports that support decision-making and account performance.
• Develop new reporting and analytical solutions that provide ongoing insights and strengthen client engagement with the services offered.
• Monitor reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping activity, and performance indicators, proactively identifying potential discrepancies or operational issues.
• Investigate problems, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions to detect, prevent, or resolve issues efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency and the customer experience.
• Coordinate and manage projects, organizing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed successfully and on schedule.
• Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that help improve business performance and client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and communicate significant amounts of information.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL Server and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions independently.
• Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment environment, with exposure to third-party logistics (3PL) operations strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately across multiple priorities and large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and consistently follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working in a remote setup and equipped to meet the required technical and connectivity standards.
