Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff, Marketing based in United States.

As Chief of Staff, Marketing, you will serve as the strategic and operational right hand to the CMO, helping shape priorities and drive execution across a global marketing organization.

This senior leadership role combines executive operations, strategic planning, analytics, reporting, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.

You will play a central role in translating complex pipeline, revenue, and organizational data into clear narratives for executive leadership and the Board.

You will oversee the operating rhythm of the marketing organization while partnering closely with Sales Development, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

The role requires exceptional judgment, analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to turn data into compelling, decision-ready presentations.

You will have significant visibility into organizational strategy and direct exposure to senior executives, high-stakes business decisions, and Board-level discussions.

With approximately 25-30% travel alongside the CMO, this is an opportunity for an experienced Chief of Staff to operate at significant scale within a fast-moving technology environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the CMO’s closest strategic advisor and operational partner, managing leadership cadence, priorities, follow-ups, decision tracking, and executive time.
    • Establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm for the global marketing organization, ensuring priorities remain aligned and execution stays on track.
    • Develop and refine executive- and Board-level presentations, business reviews, strategic materials, and narratives with the level of rigor and polish expected by senior leadership and investors.
    • Prepare the CMO and, when required, the CEO for high-stakes internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings, offsites, Board reviews, and industry events.
    • Partner with Sales Development leadership to oversee the reporting and performance rhythm for the function, including pipeline contribution, conversion, productivity, and other critical performance indicators.
    • Build and own recurring analytics and reporting that provide senior leadership with a clear view of pipeline health, marketing performance, and revenue contribution.
    • Partner closely with Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing reporting and executive narratives accurately reflect funnel performance and business realities.
    • Manage budget planning and headcount planning across the global marketing organization, providing financial and operational visibility to leadership.
    • Use Snowflake and other reporting infrastructure to strengthen data-driven performance management, reporting accuracy, and executive storytelling.
    • Oversee the operating rhythm of the global organization, including coordination with operations teams based in India.
    • Translate complex cross-functional initiatives, performance data, and strategic priorities into concise, compelling, executive-ready presentations and narratives.
    • Represent the CMO in selected meetings and relationships where discretion, judgment, credibility, and executive presence are essential.
    • Travel approximately 25-30% alongside the CMO for company, industry, leadership, and Board events.
    • Support strategic initiatives and special projects that require cross-functional coordination, executive alignment, and disciplined execution.
    • Help identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, decision-making, reporting, and business outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven previous experience as a Chief of Staff or in a functionally equivalent strategic and operational leadership role is required for external candidates.
      • Significant experience working closely with go-to-market organizations, including marketing, sales, revenue operations, or related functions.
      • Strong understanding of pipeline, revenue mechanics, funnel performance, sales development, and the relationship between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
      • Experience directly managing or closely partnering with a Sales Development organization is highly valuable.
      • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated ability to build reporting from the ground up, validate data, identify meaningful insights, and turn complex numbers into compelling executive narratives.
      • Strong experience creating and presenting polished materials for senior executives, CEOs, Boards, investors, or other high-level stakeholders.
      • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex cross-functional information into clear recommendations and decisions.
      • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain operational cadence, and ensure critical actions are completed.
      • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, professionalism, and confidence when representing senior executives and handling sensitive business information.
      • Experience working in a private-equity-owned organization is strongly preferred, particularly familiarity with the reporting cadence, performance expectations, and operational rigor associated with investor ownership.
      • Agency, events, public relations, or client-management experience is an asset, particularly where it includes developing polished executive presentations and working directly with senior leadership.
      • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is highly valued, with emphasis on demonstrated operating experience rather than specific industry expertise.
      • Experience with Snowflake or comparable data and reporting infrastructure is preferred.
      • Comfort using AI and AI-related technologies as part of everyday business workflows, analysis, problem-solving, and productivity improvement.
      • Ability to remain curious about emerging AI capabilities, apply new tools responsibly, and share relevant practices and learnings with colleagues.
      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25-30% alongside the CMO.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive total compensation package.
        • Eligibility for bonuses based on role and performance.
        • Paid time off.
        • Paid parental leave.
        • Medical, life, and disability insurance, with benefits varying by location.
        • Supportive and inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
        • Employee resource groups supported by senior and executive leadership.
        • Opportunity to work directly with senior executives and gain significant exposure to CEO- and Board-level strategy.
        • High visibility into the development and operation of a large-scale global marketing organization.
        • Opportunity to influence strategic priorities, executive reporting, organizational planning, and commercial performance.
        • Exposure to AI-first workflows and opportunities to apply emerging AI capabilities to business challenges.
        • Professional growth opportunities within a fast-moving SaaS and technology environment.
        • Regular travel alongside senior marketing leadership to company, industry, and Board events.
