Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claims Manager, Casualty & Litigation based in Canada.

This is a senior claims leadership opportunity focused on guiding the adjudication of complex Casualty and Litigation claims while maintaining a strong customer-first approach. You will monitor key performance indicators and ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and within appropriate timelines. Strong knowledge of Commercial General Liability and Automobile Bodily Injury will be essential when supporting teams with complex claims decisions. Working as part of a collaborative leadership group, you will also contribute to new approaches and initiatives that strengthen claims practices. This hybrid opportunity is available in Vancouver or Calgary and offers meaningful opportunities for professional development and career growth.
