You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other teams to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Your analysis will contribute to performance reviews, forecasting, reporting, and the development of practical commercial strategies.

You will also help modernize processes by exploring automation, AI, and digital technologies that make work smarter and more efficient.

Accountabilities

• Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, practical insights that help leaders make informed commercial and operational decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and performance measures across the business.
• Support leaders with performance reviews, forecasting activities, and ongoing commercial analysis.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other business functions to understand business needs and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes through automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Explore and apply tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, SQL, and other data and digital solutions where they can create measurable value.
• Investigate business challenges, interpret data, and recommend practical improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and identifying smarter ways of working.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to stakeholders and help translate insights into practical business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities, with a naturally curious and commercially minded approach.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SQL, and other modern data and automation tools.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to transform data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with people across different business functions.
• Ability to understand commercial and operational challenges and connect them with relevant data and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the broader commercial context.
