Content Creators / Mobile Videographers International

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Creators / Mobile Videographers based in Brazil.

This role offers an opportunity to create authentic, meaningful social content in busy public spaces across Brazil.

You will work independently as a mobile storyteller, approaching people and inviting them to share personal messages and experiences on camera.

Your footage will help bring positive, relatable stories to large digital audiences across social media platforms.

The role is highly hands-on, requiring confidence, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills in unpredictable public environments.

You will use a simple smartphone-based setup to capture natural, engaging video clips without the need for post-production or editing.

Success will depend on your ability to make people feel comfortable, follow filming and consent procedures, and consistently deliver high-quality raw footage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging content creator, micro-influencer, or mobile videographer looking to build experience in social storytelling.

Accountabilities

• Conduct independent filming sessions of approximately 4-6 hours in busy public locations selected for the project.
• Set up and operate a simple mobile filming station using a smartphone, table, and approved project signage or template.
• Approach members of the public confidently and respectfully, inviting them to participate in short on-camera interviews.
• Create a welcoming environment that encourages participants to share authentic and meaningful messages.
• Capture approximately 15-30 usable video clips per filming session, with each clip being at least 15 seconds long.
• Obtain appropriate consent forms from every participant before submitting their footage.
• Handle sensitive, emotional, or personal conversations with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Organize and deliver raw video footage and completed consent documentation to the production team after each session.
• Follow established filming, consent, content, and submission processes consistently.
• Participate in paid test shoots as part of the selection process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating social media, interview, street-interview, lifestyle, or other smartphone-shot video content.
• Portfolio or examples of original video content filmed using a smartphone.
• Strong confidence approaching, engaging, and interviewing people in busy or unpredictable public environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make participants feel comfortable and encourage natural responses on camera.
• Warm, respectful, articulate, responsible, and professional approach to working with members of the public.
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive or personal stories.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following repeatable filming and consent procedures.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing raw footage and participant documentation.
• Access to a smartphone capable of capturing high-quality video, with an iPhone preferred.
• Strong reliability, follow-through, and willingness to work according to project-based filming schedules.
• Experience as a content creator, micro-influencer, mobile storyteller, interviewer, or social media creator is highly relevant.
