This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Account Executive based in Canada.
This is a remote sales opportunity focused on driving new business within the commercial segment.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and account strategy through negotiation and close.
The role combines consultative selling with a strong focus on cybersecurity, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions.
You will work closely with sales development, sales engineering, channel partners, and marketing teams to accelerate opportunities.
Success requires the ability to engage senior security and IT decision-makers and clearly communicate complex technology value.
You will develop deep expertise in the cybersecurity market, competitive landscape, and the solutions you represent.
The position offers autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to use AI technologies to improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity creation through negotiation and closing.
- Focus on generating and closing net-new business within the commercial segment.
- Develop and execute account strategies designed to identify, engage, and convert new opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Development teams to maximize prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to demonstrate technical and business value to prospective customers.
- Work closely with Marketing to support account-based and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop strategic relationships with channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
- Build and execute joint strategies with channel partners to generate net-new business.
- Engage with C-level executives and security or IT leaders throughout the sales process.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations around broad, multi-module technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline information and provide sales forecasts and updates through Clari.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, cold calling, email, and other prospecting methods to develop opportunities.
- Build strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and stay informed about market developments.
- Develop expertise in the relevant competitive landscape and clearly articulate solution value against competing offerings.
- Communicate product and solution benefits through compelling presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Adapt sales activities and working hours when necessary to accommodate customers in other time zones.
- Conduct occasional travel for high-touch accounts where in-person engagement may support deal progression and closure.
- Leverage AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
- At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience generating net-new business for a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology solution.
- At least 1 year of experience carrying a dedicated sales quota with responsibility for sourcing opportunities through closing.
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach to sell broad, multi-module solutions.
- Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
- Confidence engaging C-level executives and senior security or IT decision-makers.
- Ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market and account-prospecting strategies.
- Experience using CRM and sales-enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong prospecting capabilities across cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other channels.
- Previous experience working strategically with channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers and Managed Service Providers.
- Demonstrated record of strong performance in an individual quota-carrying sales role.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across both virtual and in-person settings.

- Proven ability to use AI technologies to enhance decision-making, workflows, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Ability to work with customers across different time zones when required.
- Must reside in Manitoba or Saskatchewan, Canada.
- Must have legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable background checks, including criminal record, credit, and/or reference checks.
- Base salary of CAD $67,000-$105,000 per year.
