Creative Coordinator (Project Manager)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Coordinator (Project Manager) based in India.

This role supports a fast-moving creative and digital media environment where organization and execution are essential to keeping multiple projects on track.

You will coordinate creative operations, maintain key advertising resources, and support reporting and client data accuracy.

The position combines project coordination, administrative support, performance reporting, and systems management.

You will work across teams to help launch new clients, monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables move forward efficiently.

The role also offers opportunities to leverage AI and workflow tools to streamline repetitive processes and improve team productivity.

Success requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

As part of a global, remote, async-first team, you will have flexibility while maintaining regular collaboration across time zones.

Accountabilities

• Maintain advertising libraries and databases, ensuring high-performing headers, ad copy, headlines, and related creative insights remain accurate and up to date.
• Support performance reporting activities, including creative insights reports, quarterly business reviews, and data-quality checks across multiple systems.
• Provide operational and administrative support through data entry, formatting, screenshot management, and maintenance of client information databases.
• Assist with project management for new client launches, coordinating with internal teams and tracking milestones, timelines, and outstanding actions.
• Support the migration and ongoing organization of project-management systems, including ClickUp and related workflow processes.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas or meeting materials, and document meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Help ensure information flows accurately between teams and systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce administrative friction.
• Use AI tools and workflow-management technologies to increase efficiency and support scalable creative operations.
• Proactively communicate priorities, risks, and deadlines while helping teams stay aligned across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Experience in digital media, particularly social media advertising, User-Generated Content (UGC), or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environments.
• Proven experience providing administrative, operational, or project coordination support to multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a remote environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize competing workloads and deliver projects against tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace applications and client or customer database management.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and project-management platforms such as ClickUp is advantageous.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to identify what needs to be done without constant direction.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records, reports, databases, and project information.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain consistent execution in a fast-paced creative environment.
