Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager based in United States.

This role will help drive clarity, consistency, and continuous learning across global Customer Success teams.

You will design and scale enablement programs that accelerate onboarding and improve ongoing team performance.

The position combines customer success, product and sales enablement, program management, learning design, and AI-powered workflows.

You will partner closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement to keep teams aligned with evolving priorities.

Your work will help Customer Success Managers communicate product value, support successful implementations, strengthen retention, and identify expansion opportunities.

You will also use data, feedback, and modern enablement technologies to continuously improve learning effectiveness and operational performance.

This is an opportunity to build scalable enablement infrastructure while making a measurable impact in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities

    • Design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable Customer Success enablement programs covering onboarding, ongoing education, product updates, and skill development.
    • Define and map the Customer Success Manager journey in partnership with leadership, translating workflows, lifecycle touchpoints, and customer milestones into a structured enablement roadmap.
    • Develop segment-specific onboarding curricula that accelerate new Customer Success Managers' time-to-productivity and ability to deliver customer value.
    • Create technical and commercial playbooks, training modules, talking points, and job aids that help teams communicate complex e-commerce search concepts and business value to technical and business stakeholders.
    • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement to support product launches, feature education, competitive positioning, implementation readiness, and value realization.
    • Develop and maintain competitive enablement resources, including battle cards and other materials that help Customer Success teams clearly articulate differentiators.
    • Support skill development and coaching programs by reinforcing sales methodologies, value-based selling approaches, storytelling, and customer communication capabilities.
    • Operationalize ongoing enablement and everboarding programs by coordinating timelines, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder participation.
    • Curate centralized knowledge resources and ensure documentation, processes, priorities, and learning materials remain accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.
    • Manage enablement communications, including newsletters, training calendars, content updates, and internal broadcasts.
    • Integrate AI-powered workflows and enablement technologies to improve training delivery, coaching, content creation, assignment scoring, and overall return on investment from the go-to-market technology stack.
    • Monitor enablement completion, content usage, knowledge retention, customer success performance, and other relevant metrics to identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders, use data to evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously optimize content and delivery formats.
    • Support regional enablement requirements by adapting content for diverse teams and markets.
    • Create resources that help Customer Success Managers identify customer health risks, navigate renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities within their accounts.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with a strong focus on post-sales value realization, product training, or customer onboarding.
      • Experience designing, delivering, or maintaining enablement programs and scalable learning or knowledge-sharing systems.
      • Familiarity with learning and content management technologies such as Articulate, Planhat, Gong, Claude, Letter.AI, and Notion.
      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and demonstrated ability to apply learning science to training design, content delivery, or knowledge management.
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
      • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement teams.
      • Ability to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into practical, accessible training and enablement materials.
      • Strong program management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing demands, coordinate multiple initiatives, and maintain clarity in ambiguous environments.
      • Background in instructional design, content strategy, and/or sales operations tools is a plus.
      • Experience with coaching methodologies such as Command of the Message or equivalent value-based selling frameworks is a plus.
      • Familiarity with enablement metrics and learning analytics, including tools such as Tableau, is a plus.
      • Experience A/B testing content formats or learning approaches to evaluate and improve effectiveness is a plus.
      • Strong interest in AI-enabled workflows and the ability to identify opportunities to use AI to scale enablement, learning, and content operations.
      • Benefits

        • Unlimited vacation time, with a strong encouragement to take at least 3 weeks per year.
        • Competitive compensation package including stock options.
        • Fully remote work with flexibility to choose where you live.
        • Work-from-home stipend to support your home office setup.
        • Apple laptop provided for new employees.
        • Annual training and development budget for every employee.
        • Maternity and paternity leave for qualified employees.
        • Company-sponsored U.S. health coverage, 100% paid for the employee.
        • Opportunity to work with talented colleagues, develop professionally, and make a meaningful impact.
        • Diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment with equal employment opportunities for applicants from all backgrounds.
