    • Support enterprise-scale PAM initiatives while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and organizational requirements.
    • Contribute to Agile and Scrum ceremonies and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of professional experience in IT Business Analysis, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.

      • Solid understanding of CyberArk components and technologies, including PAS, PVWA, SWS, CPM, PSM, Vault, and the Identity Security Platform.
      • Strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts and their application within enterprise environments.
      • Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and functional specification development.
      • Proven ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
      • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
      • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
      • Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise-scale CyberArk implementations.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with architects, engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
      • CyberArk Defender certification is preferred.
      • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is an advantage.
      • Benefits:

        • Full-time employment opportunity.
        • Flexible work arrangement, which may include remote, hybrid, or onsite work depending on business requirements.
        • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cybersecurity and Privileged Access Management initiatives.
        • Exposure to CyberArk, IAM, PAM, and broader identity security technologies.
        • Collaboration with experienced cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, and business teams.
        • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact security and access governance programs.
        • Professional environment supporting Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
