This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Visualization & UX/UI - Data Products - Senior based in Brazil.

This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on creating digital products and analytical experiences that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

You will work closely with Process Mining teams to design and build intuitive Apps, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.

The role combines Data Visualization, UX/UI, Information Design, and business understanding to solve real client challenges.

You will own the user experience from information architecture and prototyping through testing, validation, and continuous improvement.

As the role evolves, you will have the opportunity to expand into front-end development and contribute to end-to-end digital product delivery.

You will work in a hands-on, collaborative environment at the intersection of business, data, design, and technology.

Accountabilities:

• Design and develop Apps, dashboards, and analytical experiences using Celonis and other relevant data visualization technologies.
• Translate business requirements and data analyses into intuitive, functional, and decision-oriented user interfaces.
• Define information architecture, navigation structures, visual hierarchy, and user experiences for data products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for digital and analytics-driven products.
• Apply Data Visualization and Information Design principles to effectively represent KPIs, trends, deviations, root causes, and business opportunities.
• Develop and promote reusable visual patterns and components to improve consistency across digital products.
• Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback and insights to continuously improve analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with Process Mining, business, technology, and other multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, clarity, accessibility, and overall product experience.
• Progressively contribute to custom interface development and front-end implementation as the role evolves.
• Communicate design decisions and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience developing IT or digital products.
• Proven experience with Data Visualization and UX/UI, including information architecture, interaction design, and interface development.
• Strong understanding of Data Visualization and Information Design principles.
• Experience using prototyping tools and creating wireframes and interactive concepts.
• Experience with analytics, BI, or data visualization platforms.
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating previous work with Data Visualization, dashboards, digital products, or UX/UI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Process Mining and/or Celonis, particularly Apps and Views, is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing B2B or enterprise digital products and analytical solutions is desirable.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with React or other front-end frameworks is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts is desirable.
• Experience with Design Systems and reusable component libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is valuable.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user validation practices is desirable.
• Fluency in English is considered a strong advantage.
