This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Python com GenIA Pleno based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level Python developer to work at the intersection of software engineering and Generative AI.

You will design and implement AI-powered solutions, with a particular focus on building intelligent agents.

The role offers hands-on exposure to emerging agent communication protocols such as MCP and A2A.

You will contribute to solutions involving modern AI capabilities, with opportunities to work with AWS Bedrock and RAG.

The position combines technical execution with problem-solving in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with other professionals to transform AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions using Python, applying sound software engineering practices.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions and intelligent agents according to project requirements.
• Develop agent-based solutions leveraging the MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent2Agent) protocols.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows to address practical business and technical challenges.
• Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.
• Work with AWS Bedrock and related cloud-based AI services when applicable.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, continuous improvement, and optimization of AI-powered applications.
• Contribute proactively to technical discussions and help identify opportunities to improve AI solutions and development processes.

Requirements:

• Professional experience with Python development.
• Practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and the creation of AI agents.
• Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols and their application in agent-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI application development, APIs, integrations, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock is desirable.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions is desirable.
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn in a rapidly evolving field.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
