Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Growth based in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a sophisticated customer growth engine in a rapidly evolving energy market.

You’ll own acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, unit economics, and marketing investment across a diversified portfolio of channels.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll influence executive-level decisions around growth strategy, resource allocation, and long-term customer value.

You’ll lead a high-performing Growth organization while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Brand, Creative, Operations, and Organic Growth teams.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across performance marketing, experimentation, digital experiences, measurement, and channel expansion.

You’ll use advanced analytics, AI, automation, and emerging growth technologies to accelerate learning and improve decision-making.

This is an opportunity to shape the operating model, team, experimentation culture, and growth playbook for the next stage of a mission-driven business.

    • Requirements

      • 12+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or a closely related discipline.

        • Significant ownership over growth strategy, team structure, operating model, and channel portfolio.
        • Direct exposure to executive leadership and broad cross-functional collaboration.
        • Opportunity to work on the transition toward a smarter, cleaner, and more customer-centric energy future.
        • An environment that encourages experimentation with new channels, technologies, partnerships, creative approaches, AI, and automation.
