Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of National Key Accounts (Rare Disease) based in Canada.

This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role focused on building strategic partnerships with influential national accounts in the Rare Disease space.

The role requires a sophisticated understanding of healthcare systems, integrated delivery networks, payer dynamics, and evolving customer needs.

You will operate as a matrix leader, bringing together senior stakeholders across Medical, Marketing, Health IT, Commercial Effectiveness, Legal, and other functions.

A major focus will be translating customer insights into actionable strategies, innovative solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

You will influence enterprise-level priorities while directly managing complex account relationships and high-impact initiatives.

This opportunity is well suited to a strategic, commercially minded healthcare leader who excels at collaboration, innovation, and navigating complex customer environments.
