Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management based in Canada.

As Director of Product Management, you will lead the evolution of a sophisticated cybersecurity and Internet intelligence product portfolio, shaping solutions that help organizations understand, monitor, and secure their Internet presence. You will own product vision and strategy across attack surface management and supply chain risk, translating complex technical challenges into clear customer value. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role with significant influence over product direction and market positioning. You’ll engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand emerging needs and translate insights into product opportunities. The role offers substantial autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation, measurable outcomes, and strong product leadership are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers responsible for attack surface management and supply chain intelligence, fostering strong product practices, accountability, and professional growth.
    • Define and drive a unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap across attack surface management and supply chain risk management, connecting asset discovery, ownership, risk, and analytics into cohesive customer workflows.
    • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to prioritize and deliver scalable, high-performing, differentiated capabilities that strengthen the product portfolio and customer experience.
    • Collaborate with Design and AI teams to make exposure management insights more intuitive, conversational, actionable, and deeply integrated into customer workflows.
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research to continuously incorporate customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive signals into product planning and prioritization.
    • Establish and scale effective product management processes that create clarity around priorities, improve execution, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify and validate new product opportunities, including third-party ecosystem integrations, developer enablement, and next-generation Internet intelligence capabilities.
    • Represent the product vision externally with customers, partners, and industry audiences, building credibility and helping shape the market around Internet intelligence and exposure management.
    • Define and monitor success through quantitative indicators such as product usage, adoption, and ARR contribution, as well as qualitative customer feedback and internal alignment.
    • Requirements:

      • Bring 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing other Product Managers.
      • Demonstrate a strong track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, ideally within cybersecurity, risk intelligence, or related technology domains.
      • Have deep knowledge of Attack Surface Management, Internet data, or adjacent areas such as threat intelligence, network discovery, or cloud security posture management.
      • Possess strong technical acumen, with the ability to discuss APIs, data pipelines, and architectural tradeoffs with engineering teams while communicating credibly with CISOs and other technical buyers.
      • Demonstrate the ability to influence executive strategy through data-driven insights, market analysis, and compelling product storytelling.
      • Show a proven ability to build cross-functional alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
      • Be an exceptional communicator who can develop clear and compelling product narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Balance strategic thinking with execution, moving comfortably between defining long-term market direction and delivering meaningful value on a quarterly basis.
      • Have demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and retaining high-performing product talent.
      • Bring experience working in startups or high-growth SaaS environments where adaptability, speed, and ownership are essential.
      • Be curious and open to using AI responsibly to amplify your capabilities, improve efficiency, and increase the impact of your work.
      • Experience with Internet-scale systems and network protocols such as TLS, DNS, or BGP, AI/ML applications in cybersecurity or analytics, and product-led growth or usage-based monetization strategies is considered a plus.
      • Benefits:

        • Base salary of $238,000-$257,000 USD for candidates located in high-cost-of-living locations.
        • Fully remote position with no regular expectation to work from an office.
        • Opportunity to lead high-impact product strategy within cybersecurity, Internet intelligence, and exposure management.
        • Significant scope to shape product vision, build a world-class product organization, and influence market direction.
        • Collaboration with engineering, design, AI, research, sales, marketing, and customer success teams in a high-growth environment.
        • Direct exposure to customers, partners, technical buyers, and industry stakeholders.
        • An environment that values innovation, adaptability, responsible use of AI, and measurable business impact.
        • Equal opportunity workplace committed to fair and inclusive hiring.
        • Candidates receiving an employment offer will be required to complete identity verification through CLEAR as part of the hiring process.
