Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Project Management based in United States.

As Director, Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving an enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). You will also develop high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide transformation while helping modernize how complex projects are planned, governed, and delivered.

    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • At least 5 years of progressive experience within a Project Management Office (PMO).
      • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, managers, or cross-functional project resources.
      • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance structures, operational processes, and change management principles.
      • Proven track record of leading process improvement, organizational transformation, and operational effectiveness initiatives.
      • Experience managing enterprise project portfolios and complex strategic initiatives is highly valuable.
