Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Divisional Recruiter based in United States.

This is a remote recruiting opportunity with occasional travel, open to candidates located in Florida or Colorado.

The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines across the Senior Living sector and supporting both immediate and future hiring needs.

You will identify, engage, and evaluate high-quality candidates while creating a compelling and positive candidate experience.

The position works closely with hiring managers, regional leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support successful hiring and onboarding.

You will use modern sourcing platforms and recruiting technology to improve efficiency, strengthen pipelines, and reduce reliance on contract labor.

The role also offers the opportunity to influence recruiting strategies, employer brand initiatives, retention efforts, and long-term workforce planning.

Success requires a proactive, analytical, relationship-driven recruiter who can thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Build and maintain a strong professional network of candidates within the Senior Living sector to support current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop relationships with prospective candidates, identify top talent, and maintain engagement for open positions, future opportunities, and referrals.
    • Use digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify qualified candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
    • Stay current with sourcing tools, technologies, and recruiting practices to implement efficient and cost-effective talent acquisition strategies.
    • Recruit permanent employees with long-term potential to help reduce reliance on contract labor.
    • Apply innovative and structured recruiting strategies to remain competitive in the talent market.
    • Clearly communicate compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, culture, and role expectations to candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Create an engaging candidate experience that reflects organizational values and supports long-term retention and engagement.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support a seamless candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
    • Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to identify, select, and successfully onboard high-quality candidates.
    • Participate in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-functional meetings to align hiring activities with organizational priorities.
    • Manage open requisitions and candidate interview processes using Workable ATS while maintaining accurate and organized recruiting documentation.
    • Represent the organization professionally at career fairs, networking events, and other talent outreach activities.
    • Maintain accurate job posting information and records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
    • Requirements

      • Passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and the ability to communicate the value and fulfillment of working in the Senior Living sector.
      • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, full-cycle recruiting, or a related field.
      • Degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related discipline; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
      • Strong personal accountability and commitment to professional development, with experience tracking and exceeding recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
      • Excellent decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
      • Professional expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent selection.
      • Strong talent acquisition and retention capabilities, with knowledge of recruiting best practices and exceptional follow-up and communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer applications.
      • Experience with regional, multi-site, or multi-state healthcare recruitment is preferred.
      • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms; Workable experience is preferred.
      • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and recruiting targets.
      • Benefits

        • Compensation of $70,000-$90,000.
        • Remote work arrangement with candidates required to reside in Florida or Colorado.
        • Occasional travel associated with the position.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
        • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
        • Life insurance and voluntary life insurance.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
        • Paid holidays.
        • Up to 20 days of PTO during the first three years.
        • Applications are anticipated to be reviewed through September 30, 2026.
        • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background screening requirements.
