Document/deck production QA Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Document/Deck Production QA Evaluator based in India.

As a Document/Deck Production QA Evaluator, you will assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks for accuracy, quality, and professional standards.

You will apply your expertise in document and presentation production to identify issues that could affect clarity, usability, or credibility.

Your evaluations will help improve AI-generated work products and contribute to the development of more reliable AI systems.

The role combines detailed quality assurance with strong visual and editorial judgment across multiple business formats.

You will work independently in a fully remote environment, reviewing outputs against structured, domain-specific quality criteria.

Clear and thoughtful written feedback will be an important part of your contribution, helping identify both obvious errors and subtle quality gaps.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks against established, domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Review work products for factual accuracy, logical rigor, completeness, consistency, and overall professional quality.
• Assess the visual and aesthetic quality of documents and presentations, including layout, formatting, readability, structure, and presentation.
• Identify factual, editorial, formatting, visual, and presentation errors that could reduce the quality or usefulness of an output.
• Assess whether generated content meets expected professional and domain-specific standards.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently and objectively across different work products and project assignments.
• Use strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to inspect and assess professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when reviewing complex or information-dense materials.
• Complete assigned evaluation projects independently while meeting applicable quality and project expectations.

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in document or presentation production quality assurance.
• Possess native or professional-level English fluency, with excellent written communication skills.
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Have strong expertise in evaluating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks for accuracy, structure, formatting, and overall quality.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle factual, visual, aesthetic, and presentation issues.
• Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to apply structured quality criteria consistently.
• Be able to communicate findings clearly through concise, organized, and constructive written feedback.
• Demonstrate sound professional judgment and the ability to distinguish significant quality issues from minor imperfections.
• Be comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment and managing your own schedule effectively.
• An advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution, is considered an advantage.
