Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Employee Relations Partner based in United States.

This role serves as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters across a growing organization.

You’ll partner closely with People leadership, business leaders, and Legal to address performance, conduct, conflict, and workplace concerns.

The position balances employee advocacy, organizational culture, risk mitigation, and consistent application of policies and practices.

You’ll lead and support sensitive workplace investigations involving issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.

The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen manager capability through training, guidance, and practical employee relations resources.

Using case data, trends, and employee insights, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen the overall employee experience.

This is an impactful position for a thoughtful, discreet, and confident HR professional who can navigate challenging situations with sound judgment and empathy.
