English customer support role

Join a fully remote customer support team serving customers in an international environment. Accountabilities

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering positive experiences.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Previous customer support or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
