Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact marketing role combining strategic program ownership with hands-on execution across field, partner, media, and emerging influencer initiatives.

You will manage strategic external relationships and develop co-marketing programs designed to strengthen engagement and generate measurable pipeline.

The role spans partner campaigns, events, training programs, content initiatives, and targeted market activations, with clear revenue and performance objectives.

You will work closely with marketing leadership, partnerships, product marketing, creative, marketing operations, and senior external stakeholders.

Success requires the ability to build trusted relationships, navigate shifting priorities, and turn strategic direction into repeatable, scalable programs.

The environment is fast-paced and evolving, offering significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how partner-led marketing programs are built and measured.

This role is remote within the United States and is open only to candidates located in Eastern or Central Time zones.

Accountabilities:

    • Own the day-to-day management and performance of long-term strategic media and partner marketing programs, while supporting broader strategic partnership initiatives and ensuring programs remain aligned with business and revenue objectives.
    • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns across webinars, events, content, newsletters, targeted placements, and other partner-led channels, establishing revenue targets, KPIs, shared success metrics, and clear accountability.
    • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with strategic partners, influencing joint priorities, strengthening collaboration, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
    • Manage partner communications thoughtfully and strategically, balancing advocacy, collaboration, commercial objectives, and the interests of multiple stakeholders.
    • Develop and standardize repeatable processes for partner-led marketing motions, improving consistency, predictability, scalability, and execution quality across programs.
    • Lead regional events, training sessions, and field activations associated with strategic partner programs, managing vendors, registration, audiovisual requirements, shipping, logistics, and on-site execution.
    • Evaluate event and activation performance, using results and stakeholder feedback to make informed recommendations about future investments and program improvements.
    • Support campaign strategy by contributing to campaign briefs, partner messaging, promotional plans, creative direction, and other materials that translate business objectives into compelling marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop effective co-marketing content while leading external content review and approval processes to maintain quality and alignment.
    • Adapt messaging in real time based on partner conversations, audience needs, campaign performance, and changing business priorities.
    • Identify and coordinate with industry voices, creators, influencers, and external partners, supporting the development and execution of emerging influencer and external marketing initiatives.
    • Manage influencer and external-program timelines, publishing schedules, deliverables, and campaign tracking while partnering with leadership to evolve and scale these programs.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor campaign performance, engagement, pipeline influence, and other relevant metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations.
    • Own follow-through on partner deliverables, timelines, reporting, and commitments, ensuring programs remain on track and stakeholders have clear visibility into progress.
    • Advocate for the organization’s vision and value proposition within strategic alliances and broader market conversations while identifying opportunities to strengthen external positioning and demand.
    • Requirements:

      • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably across partner marketing, account management, field marketing, demand generation, or a closely related discipline.
      • Proven ability to independently own and execute marketing programs tied directly to pipeline, revenue, engagement, or other measurable business objectives.
      • Demonstrated experience building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate measurable, multi-quarter business or revenue impact.
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple high-priority workstreams, manage dependencies, meet deadlines, and maintain execution quality in a fast-moving environment.
      • Experience working directly with external partners, agencies, vendors, or strategic stakeholders, with a strong ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead conversations, read stakeholder dynamics, adapt messaging in real time, and communicate confidently with senior audiences.
      • Experience planning and executing events, webinars, training programs, field activations, and co-marketing campaigns from concept through completion.
      • Strong content instincts and the ability to contribute meaningfully to campaign messaging, creative briefs, promotional concepts, and partner-facing materials.
      • Strong executive presence, with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally and representing marketing programs with confidence and credibility.
      • Program-building mindset, with experience creating repeatable frameworks, processes, workflows, and operating practices that improve scalability and consistency.
      • Strong ownership mentality, bias toward action, accountability for outcomes, and willingness to take initiative in ambiguous or rapidly changing circumstances.
      • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly and strategic thinking must be paired with hands-on execution.
      • Benefits:

        • $95,000-$100,000 USD base salary for the full-time position, with individual compensation determined by work location, skills, experience, education, training, and other relevant factors.
        • Equity and additional variable compensation, bonuses, or other cash compensation may be discussed during the interview process.
        • Remote-first work environment within the United States, with candidates required to reside in either the Eastern or Central Time zone.
        • Flexible work schedule designed to support autonomy and work-life balance.
        • Comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement plan with employer matching.
        • Unlimited paid time off.
        • Stock options as part of the overall compensation package.
        • Opportunity to make a measurable impact through strategic marketing, partner programs, field activations, and pipeline-generating campaigns.
        • Opportunity to work with a dynamic, rapidly growing team in a collaborative and evolving environment.
        • Distributed work culture with collaboration expected during core working hours.
