FP&A / corporate finance Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FP&A / Corporate Finance Evaluator based in India.

As an FP&A / Corporate Finance Evaluator, you will use your financial expertise to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials. You will evaluate outputs for accuracy, analytical rigor, clarity, and overall domain quality. Your judgment will help improve the quality and reliability of AI systems working with complex finance-related tasks. The role combines deep subject-matter knowledge with strong attention to detail and professional communication. You will identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues and provide structured feedback. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement that allows you to contribute on your own schedule. It is an opportunity to apply your corporate finance expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against detailed, domain-specific quality standards and evaluation rubrics.
• Assess financial work products for accuracy, analytical rigor, logical consistency, completeness, and relevance to FP&A and corporate finance practices.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, calculation or reasoning issues, inconsistencies, formatting problems, aesthetic shortcomings, and presentation errors.
• Review the overall professional quality of AI-generated financial content, ensuring outputs meet appropriate industry and domain expectations.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
• Apply financial expertise and objective judgment consistently when assessing different AI-generated outputs.
• Contribute specialized human expertise to projects focused on training and improving advanced AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance.
• Native or professional-level fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial planning and analysis, and professional financial reporting or presentation standards.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify subtle factual, logical, and presentation issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide precise, structured, and constructive written feedback.
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned projects effectively, and maintain consistent evaluation quality in a remote environment.
• A Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution is preferred.
