Accountabilities
- Participate in the end-to-end development of product features across backend and frontend systems under the guidance of experienced engineering team members.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools into daily workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions while minimizing handoff between frontend and backend development.
- Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance development processes and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Build, maintain, and optimize backend services, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure while contributing to frontend functionality when required.
- Continuously learn full stack engineering practices, share knowledge with teammates, and proactively identify opportunities to improve products and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Practical software development experience through personal projects, internships, coursework, open-source contributions, or similar hands-on experience.
- Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as Java or Go (Golang).
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks for developing full stack applications.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, backend architecture, and core software engineering principles.
- Experience building complete applications or projects from concept through implementation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar developer productivity platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated learner with a product-oriented mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects, startup environments, cross-platform development, or personal technical projects is considered an advantage.
