GenAI Consultant (SAP)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GenAI Consultant (SAP) based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to help organizations turn real delivery challenges into practical applications of Generative AI.

You will work closely with Delivery Leads, Champions, consultants, and technical teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and quality.

The role combines SAP expertise with GenAI, automation, LLMs, and emerging AI approaches to design effective solutions.

You will help shape adoption strategies, guide consultants, and transform repetitive or inefficient activities into smarter workflows.

The environment is collaborative, dynamic, and focused on experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable business impact.

You will also contribute through training, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and hands-on guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is a remote role suited to someone who combines technical curiosity with strong communication, autonomy, and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Accountabilities

• Work closely with Delivery Leads and Champions to understand project challenges, identify opportunities for GenAI adoption, and define strategies for where AI capabilities can create the greatest value.
• Translate delivery challenges into practical GenAI approaches and functional solutions focused on improving productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient activities that can be enhanced through Generative AI, automation, agents, RAG, or other emerging approaches.
• Guide and support consultants in the adoption and practical application of AI solutions, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor outcomes and help ensure AI adoption translates into measurable improvements in delivery performance and quality.
• Conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and practical enablement activities to support the adoption of GenAI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot AI-related challenges and continuously evaluate new tools, techniques, and approaches that may improve project outcomes.
• Maintain a strong sense of technical responsibility throughout the delivery lifecycle, promoting scalable, well-structured, and well-documented solutions.

Requirements

• Experience and practical knowledge in Generative AI, including familiarity with current tools, approaches, and use cases.
• Professional experience with at least one SAP module, excluding HR.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with AI Agents, Automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Ontologies, and Human-in-the-Loop approaches.
• Ability to independently experiment with new AI tools and approaches and translate experimentation into practical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with an analytical mindset and a systemic view of technical and business challenges.
• Ability to identify opportunities to transform repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes through AI and automation.
• Experience or aptitude for conducting training sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, technical teams, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders.
