Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Contracting Manager based in Portugal.

Join a global travel organization where you’ll help shape the supplier partnerships behind memorable experiences across Scandinavia, the Balkans, and Central Europe.

You’ll lead negotiations and contracting strategies across hotels, transportation, restaurants, attractions, guides, and other tour components.

Your work will directly influence product quality, operational readiness, financial performance, and competitive positioning.

You’ll build trusted long-term relationships with suppliers while securing the inventory needed to support tour operations and future growth.

The role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic international environment.

You’ll work closely with product and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure contracted experiences meet high standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for a travel professional with strong negotiation skills who enjoys global partnerships, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
