Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Google Media Buying Team Lead based in Germany.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Google media buyers within a fast-growing international iGaming environment.

You will take ownership of traffic volumes, quality, budgets, and the team's overall performance.

The role combines hands-on expertise in Google Ads with strategic planning, experimentation, and people leadership.

You will shape marketing roadmaps, develop hypotheses, oversee testing, and optimize conversion funnels.

Working closely with Design, Development, Finance, and other teams, you will help turn performance insights into scalable growth.

The position also offers opportunities to drive automation, explore new tools, and build technology-enabled solutions.

This is a fully remote role designed for an experienced media buying leader who enjoys autonomy, ambitious goals, and continuous professional growth.

Accountabilities

    • Lead and develop a team of Google media buyers, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development.

    • Take responsibility for traffic volumes, traffic quality, and the overall performance of Google acquisition activities.

    • Build, manage, and align team budget plans in line with business objectives.

    • Create strategic roadmaps and tactical plans for the media buying team.

    • Develop marketing hypotheses, coordinate experiments, and monitor the implementation and results of tests.

    • Build, optimize, and oversee marketing and conversion funnels.

    • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.

    • Collaborate closely with Design, Development, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

    • Support the implementation of automation and technology solutions that improve media buying efficiency.

    • Stay informed about Google advertising practices and compliance requirements within the gambling sector.

    • Requirements

      • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly PPC, UAC, or Demand Gen.

      • Previous management experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership position.

      • At least 2 years of professional experience within the iGaming industry.

      • Practical experience with anti-detect software, trackers, and cloaking technologies.

      • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and advertising restrictions applicable to the gambling industry.

      • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on performance marketing expertise.

      • Strong analytical, planning, communication, and people-management skills.

      • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.

      • Experience with additional traffic acquisition channels and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.

      • Experience with automation, including Google Ads Scripts, APIs, bulk-management tools, or technology-driven side projects, is an advantage.

      • Benefits

        • Fully remote working arrangement, with the option to work from dedicated hubs in Kyiv or Warsaw.

        • 20 paid working days off, public holidays, and paid sick leave to support work-life balance.

        • Medical insurance with access to leading healthcare providers.

        • Coverage for psychological support through the Pleso platform.

        • Monthly Benefit Café allowance that can be used toward hobbies, sports, personal interests, and other eligible expenses.

        • Team-building activities, corporate events, workshops, and professional events.

        • Individual learning budget for courses and professional development.

        • Corporate English lessons, workshops, and access to an online learning library.

        • Structured career development opportunities, including performance reviews and mentoring programs.

        • An environment focused on automation and reducing routine work so teams can spend more time on development and growth.

        • High degree of autonomy with limited bureaucracy and freedom to implement new approaches.

        • Opportunities to contribute to technology solutions developed in-house from the ground up.

        • Collaborative culture that values openness, proactive ideas, teamwork, positive communication, and ambitious challenges.
