Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Actuary, Enterprise Pricing based in Canada.

This is a high-impact actuarial leadership role focused on shaping sophisticated pricing strategies in a rapidly evolving insurance environment.

You will serve as a senior technical authority, developing innovative pricing frameworks that respond to changing risk landscapes and business priorities.

You will influence pricing governance, review complex rating initiatives, and help transform advanced actuarial concepts into practical tools for business teams.

Your work will directly support underwriting effectiveness, pricing performance, automation, and long-term commercial strategy.

The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to solve ambiguous problems through rigorous, data-driven thinking.

You will also act as a trusted ambassador for the actuarial function, influencing stakeholders and helping drive better pricing decisions across the organization.
