Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead HIM Technician based in the United States.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within Health Information Management, supporting accurate, timely, and compliant medical records operations.

You’ll coordinate daily workflows while serving as a trusted resource for team members and helping maintain strong service and quality standards.

The role combines operational ownership with coaching, training, quality auditing, and continuous process improvement.

You’ll work in a fast-paced healthcare environment where confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and sound judgment are essential.

The position is particularly well suited to professionals looking to deepen their HIM expertise and develop leadership capabilities.

Employees pursuing an RHIT credential may have access to educational assistance, while flexible scheduling can help accommodate school commitments.

It offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth in Health Information Management and related healthcare operations.
