Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Master Trainer & Director of Training Quality based in United States.

This senior training leadership role will shape the quality, consistency, and scalability of a peer-support training model across a growing national network.

You will lead master training initiatives while coaching and developing trainers and facilitators to deliver an exceptional participant experience.

The role combines hands-on facilitation, quality assurance, curriculum oversight, professional development, and operational leadership.

You will serve as a trusted authority on model fidelity, helping teams adapt thoughtfully while protecting core standards and practices.

You will also establish scalable systems for trainer development, observation, feedback, performance improvement, and continuous learning.

Working across diverse communities and professional audiences, you will help strengthen training capacity while maintaining safety, consistency, and impact.

This is an opportunity for an exceptional educator and people leader to influence both individual performance and the broader systems supporting organizational growth.

Accountabilities

    • Own and maintain quality and fidelity standards across all training and facilitation activities, ensuring the peer-support model is delivered consistently across programs, populations, trainers, and facilitators.
    • Serve as a senior/master trainer for facilitator training and professional learning programs, modeling outstanding training, facilitation, adult-learning, and experiential-education practices.
    • Lead training sessions directly and provide real-time guidance on delivery, participant needs, facilitator responsibilities, safety, professional boundaries, escalation procedures, and model fidelity.
    • Train, coach, supervise, and develop trainers and facilitators, including assessing readiness, providing constructive feedback, addressing performance concerns, and supporting progression toward independent delivery.
    • Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and help develop the internal training capacity required to support continued national growth.
    • Observe and assess training and facilitation, identify quality or fidelity concerns, and establish appropriate coaching, remediation, follow-up, and continuous-improvement plans.
    • Provide leadership and consultation when challenging participant situations, group dynamics, or other complex issues arise during training or support-group activities.
    • Maintain oversight of curricula, facilitator materials, trainer guides, presentations, manuals, session outlines, and other resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, organization, and version control.
    • Partner with curriculum and program leadership to identify needed content improvements based on facilitator feedback, participant experience, evaluation findings, and fidelity observations.
    • Develop scalable systems and standard operating procedures for onboarding, observation, evaluation, coaching, trainer development, facilitation, and quality assurance.
    • Help determine staffing and trainer capacity for new programs and partnerships while supporting thoughtful adaptation to new populations and settings.
    • Build a collaborative community of trainers and facilitators committed to professional growth, accountability, quality, safety, and excellence.
    • Track recurring quality issues and recommend improvements to training systems, materials, processes, and delivery practices.
    • Requirements

      • Significant experience delivering or overseeing training, facilitation, adult learning, professional development, or comparable programs, with exceptional training and facilitation skills.
      • Proven experience directly supervising, managing, coaching, or developing trainers, facilitators, instructors, or similar teams.
      • Demonstrated ability to establish, monitor, and improve quality or fidelity standards within a training or program-delivery environment.
      • Strong understanding of adult learning and experiential education, with the ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse communities and professional audiences without compromising core model standards.
      • Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, feedback, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to give clear and constructive feedback while maintaining trust and accountability.
      • Strong cultural humility and the ability to build meaningful relationships across different backgrounds, identities, lived experiences, and professional roles.
      • Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely decisions in live training, facilitation, or program-delivery environments, including challenging or high-pressure situations.
      • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage complex curricula, materials, people, and competing priorities.
      • Ability to balance fidelity to an established model with thoughtful adaptation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
      • Self-directed and collaborative leadership style, with the ability to see both individual development needs and broader organizational capacity requirements.
      • Experience with peer-support models, trauma-informed approaches, train-the-trainer programs, trainer certification or competency assessment, continuing education, or professional development is preferred.
      • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based programs; learning management systems; online learning; or scaling training programs across multiple organizations or geographic regions is a plus.
      • Personal or professional experience supporting communities such as people in recovery, perinatal populations, healthcare workers, or other diverse populations is valued.
      • An advanced degree in mental health, behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
      • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or Russian, are a plus.
      • Existing facilitator certification or trainer experience within the relevant peer-support model is strongly preferred. Candidates without prior certification must be willing to complete intensive training and demonstrate mastery of the model.
      • Benefits

        • Full-time position with a salary range of $85,000-$100,000 per year.
        • Remote work opportunity available across the United States.
        • Senior leadership role with significant influence over training quality, professional development, and organizational growth.
        • Opportunity to help scale a mission-driven peer-support model while protecting its quality, safety, and integrity.
        • Meaningful opportunities to coach, mentor, and develop a growing community of trainers and facilitators.
        • Collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, quality improvement, cultural humility, and community impact.
        • Opportunity to work across diverse populations, professional audiences, programs, and geographic regions.
        • Potential to shape scalable training systems, curricula, quality standards, and professional development practices.
